A group of friends get lost in inner-city Los Angeles and find themselves ensnared in a hellish trap set by madman Wilco (Robert Miano) and his feral horde of unhoused lunatics. Night darkens and the horrors compound as a survivor fights his way through alleys and gutters on a gruesome one-way trip to Hell.
