Jeffrey Dahmer is a strange fellow who tries to figure out his path in life. This horror parody bridges genres that normally don't mix together; horror, slapstick, exploitation... well, exploitation goes with anything, but it is a challenge to include boobs when the serial killer prefers the other gender. Suffice it to say that this is a bizarre movie.
